The terms and conditions educate the customer about the booking confirmation, the payment and refund system, cancellation, and other fees assessed in accordance with policy.A binding agreement between you and Himalayan view is created by the Booking Terms and Conditions. Additionally, there is a legal connection between you and our company, the specifics of which are as follows:

Booking Confirmation

A confirmed booking is subject to availability and requires a deposit or full payment as specified by Himalayan View. The booking confirmation will be provided once the payment is received.

Payment

Payment can be made through various methods, such as bank transfers or online payment platforms. The specific payment terms and deadlines will be communicated during the booking process.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of expedition, duration, and services involved. Himalayan View may have specific cancellation terms, which will be communicated during the booking process. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the cancellation policy.

• 45-30days of trek departure Fully payment refundable only 5percent we will charge for processing
• 30-15days of trek departure 50percent amount will be refundeble
• Less than 15days of trek departure no amount will be refundeble

Note:- We are not responsible for any natural disasters like floods, landslides etc.

Travel Insurance

It is mandatory to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers emergency medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal liability. Proof of travel insurance may be required before participating in the expedition.

Health and Fitness

Participants are responsible for assessing their health and fitness levels to ensure they are capable of undertaking the chosen expedition. It is recommended to consult with a healthcare professional before embarking on any physically demanding activity.

Changes to Itinerary

Himalayan View reserves the right to modify the itinerary, including trekking routes, accommodation, and activities, if circumstances such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen events require such changes. Participants will be informed of any significant changes as soon as possible.

Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings throughout the expedition. Himalayan View is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
